Meigan Swanson is an art therapist, embodiment facilitator, and community builder passionate about helping people connect more deeply to their authentic expression. With a background in somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and interpersonal connection, she understands the power of the body as a gateway to profound healing and intuitive wisdom.

Drawn to Egypt’s rich mythos and initiatory landscapes, Meigan brings a unique blend of deep presence and playful curiosity, creating space for both transformation and joy. She believes that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy—through art, movement, and creative exploration, she helps travelers integrate their experiences with openness, ease, and self-discovery.

On this journey, Meigan serves as a grounding presence, supporting integration as we move through sacred sites and spiritual experiences. She leads optional morning movement, breath, and somatic practices to keep travelers present and embodied, and offers integration sessions with art, dance, and dialogue to help process both our inner and outer journeys.

Alongside deep inner work, Meigan provides practical support, assisting with timekeeping, group coordination, and daily logistics, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all.
